Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days after receiving full payment. Please read our Shipping & Tracking FAQ for more information about shipping methods. If the event of a serious delay in the delivery of your order, and after first checking tracking information, please contact us by email. We will ask the postal services to track the delivery. If the package was lost due to postal failure we'll offer you full refund or resend. Refund for non-delivery in countries with especially slow delivery can only be made 60 days after parcel dispatch. The buyer is responsible for providing a valid, verifiable delivery address in the PayPal order or account. We cannot be responsible if the package was lost due to incorrect address as mistakenly provided on the order.

Please provide a valid shipping address in your PayPal account. Your address in PayPal it's your shipping address. Shipping and Billing address has to be the same. We do not cover any packages lost because of wrong or not confirmed address.


Privacy & Security

We do not share any personal information of our registered customers with a third party websites. Only in case tax or goverment autority may ask us for additional information.


Returns & Replacements

We accept return of any item purchased if it wasn't used or soldered. Israeli customers can return items up to 14 days after purchase. International customers can send items back up to 14 days after date of delivery. The customer pays for return shipping cost. If you decide to return your order please first contact our support by email or phone to receive the preferred return address for sending it back. Any of our DIY kits cannot be restocked if you started to use or solder it, thats why you have to return DIY kit in the same condition and the same parts quantities as delivered: unopened, undamaged, unused, non-soldered via registered air mail (with tracking number), packed carefully. After we received the returned parcel your PayPal account we'll be refunded. In the matter of returns, we only can refund the original price without shipping cost.


If you used or soldered DIY kit it cannot be returned or replaced with other kit type.


If you received broken or defective items we'll resend you the exchange or replacement of those items, if we have items in stock. If not available you will be refunded for the component(s). You must send us a photo of the broken or defective items received as soon possible after their delivery. If you receive incorrect items (for example you buy a transistor, but receive a capacitors) we'll resend you your original order or will refund your money. Your purchase is covered with PayPal Buyer Protection program.


Repair Service

Due to DIY purpose of all kits we are not obligated for repair service, but in some circumstance we can offer repair service for DIY kits. A buyer will be asked to cover postage and components cost.


Ordering

All orders placed online through website interface. If you have a special order request please email us to get PayPal invoice.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

For international orders we accept PayPal or Western Union. Because of high banking fee we do not accept Bank Transfer for small international orders. RH Electronics may change or cancel without notice any promotional price or discount coupon.


Customs Fee & VAT

Israeli buyer requested to pay VAT18% that will be automatically added to your shopping cart as "Tax". All other countries, except Israel, are free of Israeli VAT.

All international buyers are responsible to cover any possible custom fee or import tax that maybe applied at his/her country. We are obligated by export law of Israel to declare an order price as it was stated in your PayPal bill.

You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. There is no way for RH Electronics (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your postal system may charge you! If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.

 

Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will describe the cost of your order and the contents. We cannot mark orders as "gift" or lower the values.

RH Electronics reserves the right to cancel any order with full refund from customers that do not abide by above listed rules.
